I was Junior Engineer (QA/QC) at south extension metro station. I left job in June 2016. My experience was really bad working with Pratibha Industries ltd. Pratibha Industries didn't give me the salary of my last 1.5 month (Salary of may and half salary of june 2016). I wrote many times to Head office of Pratibha but didn't recievedany response regarding my clearance amount. Even I didn't get my full EPF. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
