I have been continuously working in Pratibha Industries Limited as a Leader since 2010. Now a 600 Bedded Hospital Project is being constructed under my guidance with the help of my VP. The company has very bright open face to grow in construction industries like Delhi Metro Rail Project, Hospital and High Rise Building etc. I feel very proud to be a part of team of PRATIBHA.

Salary - Good
Skill development - Excellent
Job security - Good
Promotions - Good
Work satisfaction - Excellent
Company culture - Excellent
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Earlier company had very good staff and management to resolve issues related to HR / Admn. Now days it is running very slow and poor process to resolve the issues. No fast action has been taken for employees benefits like PF, TDS , Gratuity etc.

Work Details

Actually I started my job in Pratibha Industries Limited as Deputy project Manager and then got promotion time to time. I am leading my team as an Assistant General Manager at 600 Bedded Hospital Project , Ambedkar Nagar, New Delhi-62.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
