The major credit goes to my mentor and guide in this learning phase of time Mr. Sunil Siwan who's heading business in Gurgaon. He had helped me allot to learn many aspects of marketing and sales in thisperiod. I am really grateful to him for sharing all the knowledge and feedbacks on my mistakes. He had been one of the most generous person with whom I had worked till now as he had helped me to gain as much of knowledge and explore new and creative ideas which could be used while marketing and promoting our products. There are some areas where i think pratham can work on to improve and that is on the compensation part. Also even after being in sales they do not offer any incentives to business development team. Also, after working here I got to know that there the work culture is also need to be more focused by the respected team so that employee should enjoy the office culture. another thing is that you have to work on saturday and sundays if you want to work here. though there is a compensatory off which can be taken on any of the weekday....Read More
