It's totally a lala based organization. They teach management to students but their management is so much poor.No personal life. They are doing a big corporates fraud with their business partners.

No PF. No hike. No leaves. People are working like a labour.

Worst experiance with this company. Some reginal RM's are jest like a unexperianced the are talking like unprofessional. If anyone is looking for carrier growth then iifm is not a good platform.
