Good work environment and culture, teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. The school environment is very democratic and school management is very open to suggestions.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The School is good. I learnt a lot from my seniors. Environment is almost good. but i want to learn more in my life that cannot happen here.As it is a school so there are no chances of promotion. Salary is not up to the mark as we are working we are not getting any good remuneration. But all over its good to work with all my colleagues.

Dislikes

No growth is there. According to pressure employees are not getting their remuneration. The work pressure is really high.

My work is little challenging as i have to work alone. so there are chances for mistakes but i always try to give my best. and even i got appreciation from management sometimes for working alone and handling all the work alone.
