I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Prasanna purple is a good company in case of giving it's best to achieve its goal, but as per employee point of view it's an average company because they will squeeze you like a lemon and give you a penny. Higher authority like coo and owner are the most productive person and good person in this company , the policies of this company is average .work culture is above average , NO JOB SECURITY!
