My only suggestion to all engineers out there, please never ever join pramata as data associate or contract analyst. The job really sucks and i had the worstest experience in my career for working to pramata for 2 years..i had not been made permanent even after working for 2 years also single rupee increment is not done... especially my humble request to all engineers never ever join as Data associate in pramata, really it's waste of 2 precious years for me and it should not happen to others...Read More

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

The company is open to innovation. I love to work at Pramata. Employee re-hire policy is very good. My colleagues come from various culture and religious, we all work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Short term fixed employment. Even though our performance is good we wont get permanent, its purely based on their requirement only. As soon as their work assignment got over they terminate the contract.
