As per my experience job profile was quite easy hence less to learn. I would like to suggest management to higher someone with less experience at very low salary , will result in Maximum productivity but with less investment.

I don't want to defame or criticize anyone from management but I had very bad experience regarding employees grievances. Time and again I had to report to the highest authority for resolution which made me feel like harassed and hopeless. Therefore I would like to suggest management to consider employees grievances (genuine issues of course) with full attention and resolve at first level for betterment of employees as well as company image....Read More

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer.
