No Project's,no proper management ,no one from the higher experience level have a proper knowlege on technology...they don't follow any standardized policies ,they create their own rules and regulations..they hire the employees and fire them without any notice period...

All employees are seen as family members. The employees are either given internal projects or sent to client location. So, the employees should be updated with new technologies always.

Dislikes

Since, the work location is in Whitefield, have to reach office early to avoid morning traffic. Transportation and / or food is not provided by the company. There is no work from home option.

Work Details

Generally speaking, the client work is slightly challenging as the client updates Prakat management about employee's work periodically. So, if the work at client location satisfies the client, then career growth at Prakat is confirmed.
