The only reason to work there was owners of the company. They are well behaved, mannered , good decision maker ( Mr. Sujit Arya) and non toxic.

Dislikes

Office politics. Environment of the office isn't appropriatable . Mostly senior are causing this.

Talking about what do I like best in my company is work culture, management and company policies. A simple 9-7 job with avarage pressure, friendly colleages and work loving environment.

Dislikes

Well... I don't really dislike many things but, I would prefer the work time to be a little bit less than it is now and I would love it if I can get half day on Saturday rather than working whole day like any other week days.

It's good! Actually very good! Struggled a big at first but eventually I learned a lot of things and it's good now.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
