Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! Bhavani hyd branch head and his close friend sreenivasa rao are both guys damaged the entire orgnaization for their personal benefits and encouraging who are not working and throwing dog biscuits to them I have worked almost 5 years and came out with dissatisfaction.

Not much stress. Not much problems in leave approvals. No disturbance when on leave. Positive work culture.

Dislikes

Nothing to learn(unity version used is too old). Just hardcore coding. Notice period is too long (3 months), no buyout option. Increament not only depends on your performance but also depends on managers view on you. Less sick leaves (6).
