Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company rule & policy are very strict and good towards employee. The appraisals are fair and our company gives good salary hike and Evey one year salary must be increment . Our company has got title tag odisha no 1 milk company.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a 1 month notice period to solve before which you resign.

For me this job is very interesting!!! I struggle alot in the industry. In the beginning of my job I learnt from every work of a office assistant . I got multiple role working as office assistant.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
