It is very helpful to develop skills. I learn various field works there. It provides management skills to the Engineer's. Higher workload with low salary. For freshers its a good platform to develop there skills and experience.

Dislikes

No fixed timing and location. Work environment lower than an engineer post.

Salary was given in cash, no employee insurance, services like rent and petrol also not given on time. Salary also not given on time

Work Details

No training was given, company had no resources, all resources were to be arranged by site engineers, charges of which were also not released on time. No coordination to make work easy . And no one to look after your issues.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
