They excellent in arranging lot of training's which was related to both personal and career developments and having work freedom and lot of supports from executives, for doing new projects. Many incentive schemes and benefits was announced based on turn overs.

Dislikes

Worst in autonomous maintenance. And documentation work was poor, they work in documentation on Audit itself, lot of non value activities inside the shop floor which was created by the company operators and labors. Work balance was not good.

I was Maintenance Engineer and my roles and responsibilities are DWM Report generation, supporting with preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance. Involving in projects which was related to cost and energy savings. Maintaining IATF documents.

It is a one of the good flatform for fresher's in sheet metal fabrication segment , can start career as a fresher in NPD ,would be useful ,but candidates must develop awareness about sourcing & supply chain activities apart from NPD for sake of good future ,knowing various languages is really helpful to become as efficient sourcing engineer ( English fluency is must ,knowing hindi along with mother tounge more useful )....instead of just stick to one Dept ,go through operations happening in other technical depts as case studies would improve expouser ,but very rarely this opertunity comes to every one in this firm ....if you want to lead life can stay with our roll in this firm ,but if you want to live life should not be here more than 3/4 years in case anybody joins as fresher unless you get good pay by luck.enerally to learn things it is a good platform ,but financially not much growth ( if say fact really drab , especially for candidates joins as freshers )unless people are fortunate... If candididate willing to find life in this sheet metal sector ,it is a good start ,but must strive to get knowledge & financial security to career.becsuse instead of technical candidate H.R Dept,accounts,finance ( Non technical depts) having good pay scale comparatively ,though salary is in line with these non technical people ,engineers and deploma Candidates should put heavy efforts & pay more attention in work and having more office hours...in one way this firm is so flexible to non engineering depts ( H.R,accounts,finance & security etc) engineer should face more struggle to settile in career & get one stable position here if joined as fresher ....at any case don't compare with non engineering depts people ,if so frustration developes.as I observed minus is plant in charge & h.r bench people are having good understanding ,this combo can give bad experienceto some candidates who strives for success in their way though they are genuine.actually space not sufficient herewrite...Read More
