Limited growth opportunities, Lack of recognition and rewards, Inequitable treatment.Salary is very low compared to any other Oil & Gas company. Yearly salary hike is extremely poor. This is an organization which does not value it's employees at all.

Work culture and corporate atmosphere are good. Some Officers are very talented and well qualified. I have lots of learn from them. Staff is gpod

Dislikes

Management level like a lala management, no company policy, no management power. Every time management change them decisions. Staff will trust them decision. They decisions like "abhi bola abhi fok" . No future in company and any time management will say you will not come from tomorrow. Worst experience.
