I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. The employees in this company are brothers among themselves. What's good is that they support each other.

The environment here is not good, there is no parking, lights do not light properly, water never comes in the bathroom, no time is known, tea and coffee are not available in the office, salary comes late by 2 months, The good thing about office is that you get to learn a lot.
