Well before introducing new manager at QA culture was very good. But as he is not adopting ppg culture and continue with his previous company culture which makes QA place hell for work.

Dislikes

You will see two phases of rules and regulations for same company employees. One is for HR& ADMIN employees and 2nd for other departments employees. For QA Department team is very capable to work but manager is playing divide and rules and blame game to its team. Already 7 resignation in last 5 month in QA department. There is no major issue regarding facilities, job security, health insurance, work pressure and leisure activities. Company's Food and transportation system are awesome. no issue. Plant head behavior is very humble and listen to all people concern.

Function head manager is not friendly with team. Have not trust on team always doubting. Do partiality between team colleagues. not guve importance to all team member. ask so many question on leave approval even on sufficient man power. There is no proper training programme for new joinee.If you want to change job after 2 3 year experience at ppg asianpaints, then shouldn't join. because there is non negotiable 3 months notice period.
