I was hired as teacher I was very excited for this. But the management don't want teacher's to teach. They did give me any class to teach. I work for 15 days. They want that they so make to spreadsheets through and compile data for them. It was I am working as computer operator for them. And there was huge politics. As a new employee no one will support you. Just a mam on reception she was very helpful in guiding. They will not send you to the staff room they keep the newly hired candidates in the different rooms. They will never satisfied by your work. 4 people get hired along with me and 3 of us have to leave the school because of a teacher. They have to keep one them because they were needy but even she may leave any day. On my 15th day they asked me to leave the school with no payments nothing. I was traveling around 40km everyday. But nothing was paid by them. It's better to be labour instead of teacher. Because you will get your payment everyday. Even a labour get the same salary even for a month i.e. 15k.
