No work life balance (sometimes have to work for 16-17 hours in a day( Not a good culture specially director level people abuse you on call and favour whom they like. Promotions only when they are forced to give else only favourite will get Promotions. No merit based recognitions, they only recognize selected people in team, others are never given any opportunity. If you try to give bad reviews they come to you indirectly (as they already know youbhave given bad review).
