Work is mediocre, if you want a laid back life with no growth and no hassle then you can join here. Close mindset working which reduces the risk but growth as well. most of the people haven't worked in big MNCs or product company so they are not aware of the actual employee potential which is good for us as we get less work.

Dislikes

in my tenure observed many things here while working from office and home both. here for hr and finance top management this is a company they will be retiring from and now whole things in their hands so do whatever they want without any justification and no ethical work . HR here should be awarded with Noble prize as she is giving employment to all the unemployed and unskilled relatives of her friends, works very hard to have them in the company and destroy more values for a company should have. Not only in her team but across all functions and makes them apply multiple times even after rejections. These people join here directly without public knowledge. The level of biasedness is so much here that to retain their closed ones they give equal money and promote. I personally know people who have intentionally resigned from here because they were friends with their managers who's friends with hr and they knew that they will be retained, just to get more ctc. literally, so easily they made fool of the hr who says that they have more than a decade of experience. even if with a decade you cant have anything new and just copy pasting everything from your old company then what experience this is. Many processes need to be streamlined here, especially more Agile environment should be there in working style....Read More

There are few things though- After working here my tolerance for toxic environment has been increased and luckily I am also not into depression like few colleagues who left from here even though they didn't had another offer. Joining here from big 4, having relevant education and experience but still you will not be given fair chance for growth and work, neither good hike or package, but someone who is a fresher and a relative of a senior executive md will get more and more chances, more hike and everything without even having related background. senior colleagues having thrice more experience than these relatives will be ignored for everything and will be forced to comply and follow these boomer relatives. This is just one example which I saw everyday. the leads here are all hr buddies and comes from a totally unrelated domestic background, still hired for a different domain and work. this all is done as friendship, being biased and favoritism are the core values and culture here as a company. I am highly disappointed with the system here and this place needs new, fair and dynamic leaders. Also, hr trying so hard to get these reviews removed is very very funny as they shout so much about being employee centric and everything which is totally bs. In exit interviews as well the level of discussion is so basic and just formality that you will crack up....Read More
