Salary not processing on time, paying on 7th to 10th of month. Over burden on specific person. Work not divided evenly among the workers. Sperate rules for union employees and staff. Priority giving to workers only. No any additional incentives providing to staff.

Those who r sincere have lots of work pressure without any motivation, growth or job security. There r many who are carrying out their personal work like stock trading, gossiping during office hours, sleeping etc, but there job is secured and management don't care about such misbeviour. The most things I dislike is that there is no job security even if you work diligently and sincerely. Since all decisions are based on likes and dislikes of union members as if they are dominant rulers. There is no ethical approach towards truthfulness or loyalty. Partiality is observed in every administration activities. Salary is also not as per any kind of rules. Management decides the salary irrespective of capabilities.
