Following only korean strategies, no chance to improve, HR department and all managers are complete disaster(not single person is qualified enough), salaries are minimum possible, engineers are working as labours and BA/BCOM persons are mangers and HOD.

Company offers a high level of job security. Company have a robust machinery & production line. Career wise you won't have good growth & salary but on other hand the burden on employees is very less as compared to other companies of same field.
