CC team is totally a waste no accurate decision been taken always politics been going on no promotion no work life balance also in a day they inform you that the process has been shut down please look for other no compensation benefits been given to employees in a shorter notice. No internal movement been given. Also in coming days the process are being shut down rapidly you cannot have a job security. You cannot rely on anyone. Only hopes are been given but not completed because of some foolish people being sitting there. As an agent level it is difficult to sustain the shift timings are worst too. there is a cafeteria so for employees,Tea coffee bread butter jam biscuits milk banana etc are free of cost you can have as much as you can. And indoors game. Chess carom game you can play

Every month they take action PIP if the target not achieved so it will mark as half day no understanding the employees need also employee break for lunch and snacks the manager will decide when to apply. There is paid leav for employees but TL, managers are not approving the leaves the mark as half day The environment is very bossybehavior and every year they raise salary by 900-1500 with no promotion and very politics and nepotisms they people have already decided who get promoted or whome to promote and the HR is always with TL, manager side not supporting employees and not giving chance to explain.
