Management is not proper (Mumbai office.)... TL and TC were not that supportive.... very few are willing to support... let me share one scenario: A guy is working from one year and now they asking abt BGV... that your BGV not went well... it doesn't make sense after one year you guys come to know... when you guys are making change or hiring ppl from third party...

It’s been almost 1 Year working at Porter but never felt like work pressure or any kind of disbalance in working environment. The working culture and the benefits are worth for good experience.

The only this that’s needs to be improved is creating more training programs during work and opportunities for learning to improve skills

Before joining Porter must read 🙏🏻 I am in the resolution team (spot cc -outbound) currently working from office and outbound is for name , They will ask you to switch from Outbound to inbound anytime . The only good thing is if you will get to know how to work then it would be easier for you to work and you will get salary on time but that also not total amount.

Sharing you the list of why not to choose porter for job 1- Fake HR promises: They said 9 hours shift time with 2 week off but after completing my training and after two months of joining they said that they have changed their timing from 10 hours shift timing with 2 week off. 2- Timing & target : Timing is not flexible . I repeat they will say you a suitable timing but after joining everything will be discarded. They is no morning/ afternoon / evening shift , they will set a target that you have to achieve 70% of your work within 8hrs 45 min and 1 hr 15 minutes is your break time but they will give you so much work that you cant even achieve 50% if that 70% because work load will be much that you wont be able to achieve within 10 hours ( indirectly aapko bewakoof bnaya ja raha hai k aapko 70% target karna hai lekin woh 70% toh 90% k barabar hai jo 10 hours pe nahin honge ) per day 160 calls flow and 120 calls is a must in a day 3- Salary & Increment : As per work the salary is worst also increment amount is only 300-600 not more than that you will get . They will say 2000-4000 but at the time of increment they will say that employee rating is not good , also they dont have percentage based increment. They will show you your work progress is not good and if you will say anything against them then they will send you a behaviour issue warning and then they will force you to resign the job or else you will be terminated with their fake data. 3- Manager : Politics baba . Never interact with employees only talk to Tl . Having a manager like this is useless also dont even know how to manage . His job is only to look at the employees and not let them to sit idle for a minute also its like Gadha jaisa kaam karte raho . Management -: Porter will shut down soon in Mumbai because of poor management. They implement new process and all process becomes fail and only the agents have to face it . They will torcher you force you and pressurised you to do work . You willl feel that you have been jailed . Management ko kuch manage karna hi nahi aata hai sirf agents ko target karta hai Recess-: you are not allowed to take break ok your own . You have to ask supervisors for it . If they will allow you then only you can take also they will tell you its 1hr 15 min break but actually you wont even get 1 hour also . And most important you have to check your attendance on your own . You have to give test on daily basis also you have to give small quiz Q+ A daily and you have to check your progress daily otherwise no will going to help you and all you have to do after your shift timing which means you have to sit extra 2 hours for all this work and if you will fail to do then you will get a warning letter also you wont be paid for that day which means you will not get your salary for that day . Also paid leave are only for names . Previously my shift timing was 10-8 but now they have shifted me to 1pm -11p without any reason. Right now they are firing old agents because they are hiring new agents with low pay salary and after completing or before that them will throw them out I repeat dont waste your time in this company there is no scope of learning new thing or getting good salary or increment . Only dirty politics are being played by seniors and they blame Bangalore team for everything but for everything thing only management and Mumbai team are responsible . And one more thing if wifi issue or any other issue it wont be entertained they will not pay you even for half days also ....Read More
