They said its having good work life balance but they dont and now the new policies comes in to the place for the leaves & whole restructuring of the groups every 6 months which makes there is no stability in the team Also if you do bucketing to your director then you will get promotion for sure(its proven twice now)

Porter is open to experiment with new technology. Engineers with good ideas are always heard and welcomed. It does not shy away from failures and Leadership too is cooperative and empathetic here. One can expect good growth in all aspects of his career.

Nothing to dislike as it's a growing organisation and holds on to it's values rather than chasing growth blindly. Porter has contributed to fair price discovery of services and brought down the overall cost of services for customers while making sure the bottom and top line of all the Partner drivers are rewarded, protected & respected.
