Porter has amazing management system & atmosphere. It is nice place where you can make your career. Very good work environment & culture. Teammates are supportive & the management is transparent. There is cafeteria as well. Company policies are good salary hike & bonus every year.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multople hats & that helped me geta taste of different roles within the same team.

Process is good. Company have good ethics to manage every process. Salary on time, no hidden politics inside
