I didnt get any support from the company side, after lockdown when the govt allowed to open the firm with limited staffs they initiate job in shift wise thats a good one all of the employee can work 3 days per week after one month manager push me to take leve for one month without any allowance ,after that nearly six months i been under leve without any idea ,i dodnt get any allowances from company side When i call them for rejoining they refused and said will update within a week......Read More

A lot more to discuss.. First of all lets starts with the company ambience. At least don't have a seperate space for those customers comes there. The office staff's and customers are sitting together. And we , the technicians also don't have a good dressing room,a lunch room. Its shameful to tell the next needs😐 The company only have two properly working toilets.its in the front office side. The customers.the front office staffs ,and the sails staff's.. everyone is using these two. We the working men don't have atleast one. When we have some needs .. I can't talk about the rest. The most needful thing for a mechanical showroom is tools..we don't have proper tools. At the time of my interview they said the working time is 8.50 am to 6 pm, then I said "yeah ok" And then I realised that it's only words. In the morning we have to present there on sharp 8.50 am. If it's late the managers is like.why are you late?and blah blah blah When it's time to stop the work they were like there is a lot more work to be finished and you guy's have to stay late.
