Innovation : Popcorn Animation Studio was a studio where we were working on our own cartoon series for channel. So we were having chance to try few new things but it was not accepted.

Dislikes

Salary : The salary was not at all on time...many times the salary was delayed by 1-1.5 months. Work life balance : The work life was not at all good. We tried to plan things but it wasn't accepted and overnight work was too much. [Weekly 2-3 nights] There was no personal life left because of this office.

The work was exciting but because office management and culture the work become boring and never felt to give 100%

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
