I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Its been a very pleasant experience.. ever since the start of the day! The office looks highly neat and clean with a warm welcoming atmosphere. Every employees are jovial, polite, caring and motivating and I personally like my HR mam who’s being kind and genuine to everyone. The one thing I like the most is that they don’t make you do anything forcibly without giving a break or rest and they also ensure your safety while you’re travelling. They give your own time to complete your works for the given tasks.
