One of the best University in Jaipur. I want to specially mention one name here Mr. Rahul Singhi (Owner) of the group. He is a Jam of a person, if you have such a person in Administration who want to lead from front then n organisation will always grow. Now some key points, Structure of salary is very good, salary always comes on time. Appraisal is also very good, and it happens every academic year. The best part of lucky enough to get helpful colleagues! The students appreciate teacher who works hard and has knowledge. So had a good satisfying experience with students.

Dislikes

The management of poornima after being handed has been degraded. The new owner doesn't recognise hard work and balance needed. There is a lot of donkey work and approach is like the management try to scare you at every step. Instead of increasing pay scale with time (as inflation is real) they have decreased quality of staff and the pay.

Extremely stressful loaded with work, no appreciation at all, delayed salary, unnecessary salary deductions. They also removed staff in mass number during covid.
