Company policies are good but poor work culture with poor mentality seniors are ruling this company.

Dislikes

Regional level, zonal level seniors are detached from the current market scenario, not good decisions makers. Always apply a new strategy that did not match as per the demand. A lot of policy is there but no one in this company to address the issues. Career growth is very slow. Every six months job roles has been changed.

I like my company. Yes it's not about dislike rather a suggestion to our management to have constructive, consistant way of doing business in the industry at par with our competitor which will help the sales team to held high the banner of Magma in the industry. This will definitely give our company name and fame like other NBFC giants.
