I liked its timing for girls. They didnt supported me during COVID_19 LOCKDOWN infact they asked me to stay at home during and after lockdown.

There is a lot of politics. Salary is not decent and career growth in designing will always be at one level as the head of design was the owner herself. At the time of pandemic they didn't even supported me and infact kept me on hold for 3-4 months and dt to without pay and they are even dening to give one month notice pay which is mentioned in my offer letter.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
