- Working here is like to work as robot in our responsible areas. - No job satisfaction since a small mistake in our area makes a big issue by dept.head & gives direct job ultimatums. - Concern head act as revenge taker & target one person though his small mistake is not affecting overall work quality to much extend. - Not giving time for new skill development development since no training in such new field either not planned or even if planned so poorly executed at last moment as it is not by management wish but due to fulfill some system requirements only....Read More

a senior consultant

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
