He 1. Top management arrives at 11 am and expects from juniors to work until 21 hours without offering overtime compensation. 2. Employees are forced to use their personal bikes to collect materials from suppliers and transport them. 3. Payments to suppliers are often delayed or not made at all. 4. Employees are pressured to lie to suppliers to obtain materials for regular products. 5. Offer letter issued and subsequently withdrawn with no proper reasons

Dislikes

I was issued offer letter on 10th July 2024 and subsequently withdrawn by company on 25th July 2024 when asked for clarification there is no response from management. I have yet to receive any updates on the query, very poor management
