NO FIXED WORKING HOURS LATE SITTING, COMING ON SUNDAY. ADVANCED LEAVES NOT APPROVED LEAVES REJECTED SUDDENLY. VERY POOR WORK LIFE BALANCE. KAAM KARO TO KISKO PUCCH KE KIYA. AGAR NAHI KIYA TO KYU NAHI KIYA

My parents met with an accident and i have to be with there with them ..i want wfh for 1-2 months..as my job role is all on desktop and interneta nd call ..no field work..but they didn't gave me that and my reporting manager forced me to leave my job

They have good infrastructure and overall good name in market. Has good expansion policy and provides all benefits to employee what they require.

As a sales person tye selling pattern is totally different. Here the channel partners / distributors has more say than the employees. They make you dance at their tune. If unknowingly you make a mistake, you are directly reported to CMD and you face sound or job loss.
