Mai Fied health team mai hu apko har time track karte hai. Jis din v apki policy nahi huye apko 6:30 to 9 pm tak video call par baitha kar rakhe hai or bolte hai ke ghar mat jana. No public holiday at all. Diwali ko after 4pm ke chutti milte hai. No work life balance. Holi, Diwali and rakshabandhan par maine kam kiya no double salary free main kam karo bus. 9am video call se kam shuru ho kar 9pm (in winter)par kam khatam hota hai. This is the worst company I have ever worked for. There are no medical leaves if you're on a ventilator, they’ll still ask you to work. There are no proper leaves or working hours; your day starts at 8 AM and often stretches until 12 AM. There’s no employee motivation, and the senior management is toxic. Their main focus seems to beon making employees’ lives miserable. Continuous Google meetings are scheduled without allowing bio breaks or even food breaks. If you are placed in a tier 1 and tier 2 city, you can survive in this company else please avoid this opportunity at any cost.

The company does not allow you to take leave, even during Diwali or other government holidays. You can't even take Sundays off; both Saturday and Sunday require you to work. You can take one day off during the week (only from Monday to Friday), but even on that day, your manager will continually call and annoy you. Relationship managers in Tier 1 and Tier 4 cities have the same sales targets, regardless of the tier of the city. If you are placed in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 city, you might be able to manage, but surviving in a Tier 3 or Tier 4 city is quite challenging. The company does not provide any support materials, such as pamphlets or brochures; they simply demand sales every single day. Additionally, there is no physical office, which creates a feeling of living at work and only visiting home occasionally. also you keep on visiting customers If your city is below tier 3, avoid joining this company as a relationship manager; there is no growth opportunity here for you. Policy Bazaar as a company has a lot of values and ethics and policies in place but none of them are followed. HR department does not exist in this company. No ethics are followed, for people coming from different work environment this place is not fit to work, as biasness towards people who do bhajans and reporters are treated like there personal workers.

It is very tedious to work in POLICYBAZAAR especially when you are living in Delhi. It has strict 6 days work policy and 9 hours working. Additionally, the sanitation department is a big concern which hasn’t alarmed the organisation until now.
