The company has an absolute transparent work culture. Besides, the policies and other formal processes are clearly and transparently addressed to the employees. So there remains no space for any doubtful questions within employees. Whatever you see here, is clear and straight on front.

Broad category of leaves are there right from maternity leave, paternity leave, COVID leave. In addition to this 20 days of leaves are there for us.
