I have joined Polestar 7 months back and it feels i have always belonged here The enviornment is so friendly and good. Everyone shares a good bond and carry a supportive nature and work culture is also great

My work is interesting as I belong to HR TA Team Initially when I joined the team provided me proper training nd my Senior was also alot supportive since beginning. Day by Day , i am growing here as the Company is really good

Money has always been the most concerning factor for me. And talking of the money, the annual variable pay in which performance is allied, company pays it in full. I liked this thing. I had received it for two successive years. Thanks a lot.

No work life balance. Sometimes needs to work on weekends too. No comp off. Micromanagement alot and no documentation is provided for work that's why alot of changes will be done before the demo due to which alot of things will break and you will be responsible for the same. Poor management.
