Work life balance was a challenge, compensation structure had not been amended as per market , less pay in some position, proper succession planning of key positional people was not there, career growth aspect was not at all considered as a part of organization growth.

Work Details

It was an institution for me rather organization, I was assigned Finance, Commercial, Costing, Human resource management and Learning & Development, Industrial Relationship Management, Legal issues viz. Civil, Criminal, Labour Law. Plant HR and Quality

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
