My work in podar is excellent our authorities i.e principal vice principal always helps us to take a stand in diverse conditions too, we are given our own stage to perform in our fields freedom to work its excellent overall.

Working hours are allmost 24/7 Continuous performance pressure. Also the salary is not satisfactory. Reporing time is tooo early and no guarantee of returning home in time even for a single day or holiday as well.
