Leads to internal politics to stay relevant. 3. Employees work under a constant fear of elimination. You may be a star performer this quarter, and may be asked to leave the next quarter.

No celebration, max you canexpect a cake cutting by irritating client team member on some milestones. 10. Cheap cost cutting strategy - Removal of fruit basket, year end gifts, 10gm dryfruit pack on Diwali, approval & permission for even a single pen notebook etc. 11. Car lease policy conditions are such that you have to wait more than a year to get benefit. There are many more but lets stop here only.
