Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? I do not like the work culture there. The motivation from employer is very little. If have to be a mindful person to get stay there for longer.

Its a CA firm. You can be a ca cs accountant a salesperson or do other back office work. Timings are 9:30 to 7, that is where one has to have patience. Payroll is just fine. It depends mostly on your previous experience and income. Otherwise its just ok.
