The organisation has a very friendly environment which keeps it's staffs motivated. The organisation management always look and is willing to take a good care in its staffs and workers at each level of the hierarchy.

Though the organisation has a very pleasant environment to work, the organisation fails to address career growth and opportunities for its workers

I struggled a bit in the beginning as there wasn't any formal training sessions l. I learnt everything on the job, and all my colleagues were very supportive.
