The culture is good. Few ppl were there to help when needed. Tech stack is good golang and python. You might learn a lot but it depends on manager. You need to keep asking for good work and projects.

The team might seems to be nice but beware they might play political games with you. People will try to blame you even if it's not your fault. As it's remote many a time team mates are not listening or ready to listen. Appraisal are just like peanut and promotion is difficult here. Work is not getting praised here. Plivo is better in 2023 but now days plivo providing very bad Service I suggest you to use alternative if you don't want to problems in your business avoid plivo and very hard to create account in plivo and very bad support system no account confirmation mail receiving
