Very friendly environment, all employees are friends to each other. No work pressure at all (as anyhow nothing new would get implemented), good bosses who ensures all kind of happiness to the close ones and elevated several employees to top level.

Dislikes

No Trust, No Respect, Stagnation of Ideas & implementation, no transparency. Though spends lot of money for ideas, innovation, people, etc but due to lack of trust by Top Management and ignores others idea resulted loss of true workers of the Company.

Quite interesting in the beginning but bored at one point of time as none of my implementation gets matured nor Bosses don't trust completely but paid me good salary/perks/fancy esignation, etc..as long as one says YES for everything.

Worst poor low quality people poor minded not giving respect to anyone . Hr can go and sit in primary school to learn the basics how to give respect to employees. Some managers can go to flim institute they are good actors . There are 500+ employees in that one manager is acting like he is the back bone of plintron. Coming to office only 3 days and acting like he is the pillar of plintron. He will think like he is the greatest of great puluthi . Solanum na solitay polam.
