This is my 3rd job. I have always been looking for this kind of organization, and got too.🤩 I feel so so good when I'm in the office working with my colleagues. And, when you find such dreamy office with all positive leaders, then you just get wowed🤗Working at Plaxonic with it's all successful leaders, is an amazing thing itself.

I liked nothing at plaxonic the one thing is that they provide one time meal and the food is so so..

I joined the company because I really needed this job I had 3 rounds of interview..I was happy because I got a job nearby my house..First of all there were no TL or SME at the office we use to have the meetings through Google meet sometimes we could not get what we are being told because of the network issue but that’s ok it happenssome time.. now the main thing is after 10 days of training the company want us to speak in American accent I was asked to leave the company because the person sitting at noida thought that I am not eligible for that post because my accent..now I don’t understand one thing I had 3 rounds of interview at that time they said me that your skills are good and we want you to work for our company for a long period of time..Now the thing is if my accent was not up to the mark why they hired me.. I have worked with companies like knack global and Teleperformance in the international process I was never told about the accent there..there is no coordination between the HR and the mangers in the company I was forced to resign by the Hr.. one of the worst companies I have ever worked with.. last but not the least if you really want employees to speak in American accent you need to hire American citizens in your company..the company itself ask it’s employees to write good reviews for the company..
