The Management. The environment. The fact that the management always thought about the people and their welfare and invested in developing their skills in fact resulted in people working with them and not for them. The free-hand that was given in some important decision making made me feel like it was my own company! It was a very different experience really.

Cant think of any really... It's kind of a start up. I'm sure as the company grows, it will be able to create bigger roles for the Sr. Mgmt.
