They give entire ownership of the process to Team Leads to run the process, just like any manager.

They operate from 2 floors. 1st floor and 3rd floor. 3rd Floor ambience is not good. It should be brighter. In terms of hygiene in washroom out of 5, I would rate it as 3. The BHR needs to be polite and courteous in her behaviour, especially while dealing with the internal staff.
