Ha ha ha I like the confidence level of senior management for doing unethical work.

Dislikes

Unprofessional NSM and GM. PMT doesn’t have product knowledge. This is a distributor company and both senior person do unethical work. NSM is having 2 passports now you can judge this guy. They teach do unethical work and if u deny they will torture you.

GM sales, Mr Anant Bharne is very aggressive, professional, trustworthy person. CEO Mr Ajmani is good person.

Dislikes

Only politics is there. Any good, capable employee will be effected. If any candidate is capable in work, he can't survive in Plasmagen because too much politics is there. Any incapable person can continue his or her job by doing good politics.

In my all previous companies, I was performer. I got number of appreciations but in Plasmagen I got the effect of Politics and horrible work culture.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions.
