My only concern is the growth in Planet Spark...tutors who give 100% should be recognised & basis pay per class should be increased...Parents nowadays ask us not to pressurize kids with extra sparkx & activity centre games..wherein our bonus gets affected to a large extent

They make you do B.D.A. work in the name of tutor and you won't even get paid for the sales work. First they will take multiple rounds of interviews including videos to be uploaded in different scenarios, then you will get leads , you have to call them and confirm them for demo session. If the student is available for the demo session, then you need to do the pitching and all (which is definitely not a tutor work), after that sales person will connect and tell them about the fees, so if the student is good to go then you will be assigned the student to teach. For each demo session, you get 200 rs and for the class (if you get any student, all by yourself) you get 250 rs. You need to call them , pitch them all by your phone no. , you need to do the sales part as well , without getting paid for the same....Read More
